Anusara® Yoga
Level 1
Anusara Yoga Level 1 is an ideal Hatha Yoga practice for beginners as well as for those returning to yoga after a break. In this class, basic yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) are introduced. During the practice, special emphasis is placed on the proper alignment of the body, which is why yoga props such as wooden blocks, blankets, and belts are used. This disciplined approach helps the body to grow in a harmonious, anatomically correct manner and with optimal safety and efficiency.

Anusara® Yoga
Level 2
Anusara Yoga Level 2 operates on a deeper physical, spiritual and psychological level. It is a dynamic Hatha Yoga practice that introduces demanding postures and breathing techniques while maintaining the ideal musculoskeletal alignment of the body as well as the focus of the mind. The practice focuses on creating a balance between empowerment, flexibility, endurance and widening awareness, as each posture is explored in depth since it is maintained for a longer period of time, thus increasing both physical and mental discipline.
Vinyasa Flow is a yoga practise where asanas flow from one to the next, connecting breathing with movement and aims to increase physical strength and flexibility, internal heat and helps detoxify the body.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Momentum Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that focuses on continuous movement, harmony and energy. At the heart of this practice is the idea of flow: each movement follows the previous one, creating a continuous "wave" that connects body, breath and mind. This practice promotes strength, balance and flexibility, while encouraging practitioners to accept the natural rhythm of their bodies.

Candlelit Yoga
Candlelight Flow Yoga is a calming and soothing practice. A perfect way to unwind after a busy week.

In the Restorative yoga class, you will be guided into postures that are usually adapted from a supine or seated position often supported by props to eliminate unnecessary straining. This class is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching and centering to your breath by practising stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. During the long holds your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. Restorative yoga helps increase circulation, improve balance and develop a sense of calm. This supportive environment is setting the stage for healing, relaxation and rejuvenation.
Restorative Yoga
Each practice focuses on a different part and function of the body, helping the students to feel better in their own body and to improve the quality of their life. Yoga props are used to support the body in the different postures so that one can work in a range of motion that is safe and effective. The aim of this class is to rebalance the body and promote a deep feeling of well being. You learn to explore the world of your internal sensation through movement relationships, aiming to release chronic patterns of tension and create new movement possibilities. Relief from tension and muscular pain, easier and fuller breathing, greater relaxation and well-being, increased vitality, improved performance and greater ease in everyday activities are some of the benefits of this class.
