Early cancellations (up to 3 hours before the start of class). You can cancel class bookings up to 3 hours in advance. The reception will not accept as valid any cancellations (by phone or by message) after that time. Late cancellations (within 3 hours of start of class, e.g. if the class starts at 17:30 it means the period from 14: 30 to 17: 30). We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable – but canceling late or not attending at all often stops other students from booking places in that class. So if you are a 4 or 8 classes card holder and you do not cancel a booking within 3 hours before the start time of the class or you do not show up for the class, you will be credited for the booking you have made. For unlimited pass holders, late cancellations and no-shows will incur a charge of 5€ per session. Our aim is to improve the experience and the services offered at Jivatma Yoga Center for everyone and make it easier for all students to be able to attend the classes they want to.
