About the training

How can hands-on adjustments become a language of support rather than correction?

Join international yoga educator Noeleen Tyrrell for a transformative weekend dedicated to the powerful art of seeing your students with clarity—and responding with skill, presence, and purpose.

This experiential training is designed for yoga teachers and advanced practitioners who want to grow in confidence and refine one of the most subtle and rewarding aspects of teaching: observation and adjustment. Through guided practice, thoughtful discussion, and plenty of hands-on exploration, you’ll learn not only how to adjust, but when, why, and if an adjustment is the best support you can offer.

You Will Learn:

  • How to observe your students on physical, energetic, and emotional levels

  • A practical alignment blueprint to guide your teaching

  • When to use touch, when to cue, and when to offer prop-based or energetic support

  • The ethics and boundaries of touch in a contemporary yoga context

  • How to cultivate trust, clarity, and respect in every interaction

  • Verbal cueing skills that are clear, respectful, and empowering

  • How to adjust key poses skilfully and safely

  • How your presence—not just your technique—shapes the teaching experience

Each session will focus on a specific category of āsana and offer a balance of technical training, live demos, interactive practice, and space for inquiry. You’ll leave with not just new techniques, but a more attuned, embodied understanding of how to support your students in a way that builds connection, confidence, and integrity.

Who It’s For:

  • Yoga teachers (from any method or background) looking to sharpen their teaching tools

  • Trainees and recent 200-hour graduates ready to level up their skills

  • Curious, experienced practitioners interested in the deeper dimensions of alignment and touch

  • Teachers enrolled in the 300-Hour Anusara® Advanced Training (this is a required module)

Whether you're new to hands-on adjustments or seeking to refine and update your approach, this training will enrich your practice and your teaching. You'll gain more than just techniques—you’ll develop the discernment, confidence, and heart required to truly serve your students.
